Returns are easy and convenient. You may return your purchase within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Just fill out the return section on your order's packing slip and send it back to us in new condition! You will receive your credit within 7-10 business days. Sorry shipping charges are not refundable.

If you want to calculate your shipping and handling charges, or estimate transit time, please go to our shipping page. If you requested shipping by UPS, you will also be notified by email of the shipment by UPS and the notification will contain a UPS tracking number if: 1)you specified an e-mail address and 2) the shipment is from our main warehouse. It is indicated on the main page for each manufacturer if an item is shipped from somewhere else. An example is the Mad River Rocket Sled. The US Postal Service does not provide tracking information for Priority Mail. Please note that most export orders are subject to customs duties in the country to which they are being shipped.
