According to the folks at Hotronic, the Hotronic STANDARD insoles can be cut down to size Men's 6 (which is roughly comparable to a women's 8). Some people with smaller sizes have been using the Hotronic CUSTOM kit and the CUSTOM Insoles (you can trim these a bit to fit). These can be ordered as a COMBO item. Others are using the Hotronic CUSTOM kit and applying the heating element that comes with that over their existing insole. There is thin, felt-like material that goes over the heating element so the sock is not sitting directly on the heat source. This material comes with the kit.
