The Giro Fuse Ski and Snowboard Helmet is a 3/4 cut low profile helmet that includes Wireless TuneUps earpads. The Giro Fuse™ is a light, durable helmet with top-level performance, progressive styling and technical features designed to perform in all conditions. This feature-rich helmet includes Giro's Super Fit™ system, an In-mold shell, and an EPS liner. Giro has included 16 Super Cool ™ vents, Thermostat™ control, and Weatherstrip™ vent plugs to help keep you comfortable in all temperatures. The In-mold construction fuses a tough polycarbonate outer shell with the helmet's impact-absorbing foam liner for extra durability without excess weight. The fusion of the shell and liner also allows Giro to sculpt better ventilation systems, so In-mold helmets can be lighter and cooler than traditional helmets.
Super Cool™ vents pull cool, fresh air into the helmet while radiating heat and stale air out. By maximizing efficiency and optimizing vent shapes, the collective cooling power of Super Cool™ vents helps to regulate your core temperature.
Thermostat™ ventilation control allows you to custom tune airflow instantly with a simple, low profile control button on the outside of the helmet. No other system is faster or easier to adjust.
Weatherstrip™ vent plugs are highly effective for regulating your temperature. Just snap a set into the helmet for a tight seal against the chill, or remove them to let out excess heat.
The In Form™ adjustable fit system makes it easy to dial a custom fit in seconds - even with gloves on. An ergo-friendly dial at the base of the helmet provides up to 6cm of fit/feel adjustment and enhanced stability. The system also offers vertical tuning of the helmet's fore/aft position to match different goggles and head shapes.
TuneUps Wireless with Bluetooth Technology consists of a pair of modular speaker pods that clip into the ear pads or the included DJ headset. Easy to reach controls are located on the speaker pods and are simple to use, even in gloved hands. Control your music, answer your phone, even turn up the volume without fumbling around for your phone or music player.
