The Giro Shiv is a lightweight, low-profile ski and snowboard helmet. Designed in conjunction with Giro pro riders, the Shiv features Giro's new Mag Clip goggle retainer. The Mag Clip system includes two magnets embedded in the helmet's shell that work with a removable goggle clip to provide a goggle clip that's only there when you need it. The Shiv ski and snowboard helmet also features Giro's new interior subliner, which allows you to customize your pads or pull them out completely for the ultimate tuned-in fit.

The Giro Shivo is an in-mold construction helmet with an EPS liner that absorbs more impact energy, gram for gram, than any other liner material. The Shiv includes 8 Super Cool vents that pull cool, fresh air into the helmet while pushing heat and stale air out. These Super Cool vents allow you to regulate your core temperature, so you stay comfortable and fresh all day.

This audio series helmet includes the Giro TuneUps audio system, which delivers great stereo sound and includes an in-line mute button and volume dial for quick sound control when you need it.
