If you would like to receive a replacement helmet quickly, simply enter a new order with your credit card. Choose GROUND or USPS Priority Mail as the ship method and enter Coupon Code "helmetexchange" (without the quotes). We will ship it and charge your card for the amount of the item only (not for the shipping). We will credit your card when the other helmet is received. Otherwise, if you don't need a new helmet immediately, return the helmet to us at: Snowshack, 20 Constitution Blvd S, Shelton, CT 06484 with a copy of the pack list and indicate which helmet (brand/color/size) you would like to receive in return. We will charge/credit your card for any price differences between the original helmet and exchange helmet. We will not charge for shipping the replacement to you. As with all returns, please make sure it is in new condition, unused, and with its orginal packaging and a copy of your receipt or packing list. Please note, if the problem is ours i.e. the wrong item shipped or merchandise is defective, please contact us by e-mail at sales@snowshack.com and we will notify you how to return the product.
