Comments about Swany Womens X Cell II Mitt Black:

I live in Minnesota, and have reasonably poor circulation in my hands and feet, hence my quest for some mittens that would actually keep my hands warm. I tried these and the Black Diamond Mercury Mitts, and I wore them on a slow stroll to pick up my car. It was about -5F outside, and normally my fingertips would get painfully cold in my older (and expensive) North Face gloves. My hands stayed, if not toasty, then at least warm. While doing more active activities like ice skating and shoveling snow, these did even better. The other Mittens also worked great (and are *possibly* warmer), but were much bulkier - I couldn't open my car door from the inside with them on, something that wasn't a problem in these. These are simply the most comfortable and best-fitting mittens I've ever had on my hands. And, they are - for mittens - remarkably dexterous.
